Responsibilities include assisting with travel planning and maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors around the globe.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answering queries from staff and clients of the company.

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Organizing travel plans and itineraries for management and clients

  • Assisting in the preparation of documents and reports.

  • Updating, maintaining, and organizing company records.

  • Planning out work-related calendars and schedules.

  • Checking and managing office inventory supplies.

  • International travel required for both our small group trips and corporate client trips, expected on a quarterly basis.

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • At least 2 years' experience in professional role.

  • Top-notch organizational and planning abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.

  • Helpful and collaborative work ethic.

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • World knowledge

  • Great interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team as and when required.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention and a keen eye for detail.

Candidates must live in St. Louis. Please note, we operate with a hybrid work environment, where employees are expected to work on-site two to three days a week and have the flexibility to work remotely for the other days.
